Return & Exchange Policy

All hair sales are final. Exchanges are only considered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items caused by a Locs Not Dreadz fulfillment error.

Shipping Policy

Handmade loc extensions require approximately 10–14 business days for production before shipping. Estimated shipping time is approximately 3–5 business days after your order has been completed and shipped.
