RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products and the handmade nature of many Locs Not Dreadz products, all purchases are final. Locs Not Dreadz does not accept returns or issue refunds, except where required by applicable law.

EXCHANGES

An exchange will only be considered when:

• You received the wrong product, length, diameter, quantity, or other item due to a Locs Not Dreadz fulfillment error; or
• Your product arrived damaged or defective.

You must contact Locs Not Dreadz within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the product and its original packaging.

Approval is required before any item is returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

Hair cannot be exchanged if it has been opened from protective packaging where applicable, installed, worn, separated, combed, cut, trimmed, crocheted, washed, colored, bleached, dyed, chemically treated, altered, or otherwise used.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all selections before checkout, including length, diameter, quantity, texture, and product type. Ordering the wrong size, length, quantity, texture, diameter, or product does not qualify for an exchange.

HANDMADE LOC EXTENSIONS

Our loc extensions are handmade. Slight variations in texture, diameter, shape, density, color, or appearance may naturally occur from loc to loc. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.

HUMAN HAIR PRODUCTS

Because human hair is a natural product, slight variations in texture, curl pattern, shade, and appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

APPROVED EXCHANGES

Approved merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, unaltered condition and in the original packaging. Once the returned merchandise has been inspected and approved, the appropriate replacement will be arranged.

If the exchange is the result of a verified Locs Not Dreadz fulfillment error or defective product, Locs Not Dreadz will provide instructions regarding return shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing after they are placed. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing or production, it cannot be canceled.

By completing a purchase with Locs Not Dreadz, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Exchange Policy.
